The Brief
Hillross is a wealth adviser firm owned by AMP for high net worth individuals with over 110 practices across Australia. The brief presented to us was to redesign the adviser website structure which would cover all 110 Hillross partnered advisers including different branding solutions.
Objectives
The aim of the project was to create a website structure which would ultimately help increase lead generation and conversions for each practice, support the brand and display its key value proposition.
Process
What we did to execute this project is what we’ve called a ‘Rapid UCD Approach’. By utilizing all the different processes in a traditional UCD methodology we were able to complete user research and develop an in depth understanding of the different users. 
Solution
As a team, we provided a financial advise website which allowed new visitors to see relevant and useful information to help make financial decisions. Focusing on the needs of the user determined the key aspects of the user.
